Original Cap

Hey how much do you guys think and original Ford cap off of a 76 150 is worth? It is the heavy duty one w/the little compass emblems on it. It also has like a little vent that pops up in the middle of it. Thanks guys, just curious.

I'm not sure. I guess it depends on the condition. If it's in really good shape maybe $150-$200. Just a guess. My '74 has one that came on it from the factory. Had it off once for a paintjob. It is not lightweight like the ones are now. There are two versions. Standard and Deluxe. The Deluxe had sliding side windows, window screens, a light, and two tone paint I believe.

Yea its in pretty nice shape. Hmm I think its the delux one, but its not two-tone. I'd have to find out. Yea they are definately very very heavy.

Does it have

Sliding glass w/Screens
Front slider
Light ?

Back in 1978 :
If not, that is a Std topper that sold for about $500 back then.
If it does then it is the deluxe topper that sold for $800.00
