Hedman Headers......

I am building a 351W for an 1986 Bronco and am looking for a set of headers.

Anyway, for those of you who have used hedman headers in thier Bronco, was the part # 89270? I am just making sure that these will work, and if not can you give me the part # that you used?

Thanks,

Nick~

I have Hedmans, But I don't remember what the Part # is off the top of my head. I'll have to dig up my paper work.
If you already have the engine out of your rig, do your self a favor and put those headers on before you put engine back in. The Hedmans are a real pain in the **** to put in when the engine is in place. The last bolt on passenger side next to the firewall took me about an hour to tighten. Aslo, a set of craw foot wrenches will help greatly.

Sorry that it took me a few days, but this the part number #89421 is for my application. BTW - my rig if a 1990, and there is a pipe from the EGR valve that goes straight down and then angles into the headers. Since your rig an '86, your set up most likely will be different.

I just checked Hedman web site = http://www.hedman.com/ and the numbers that you posted earlier seems to match what they claim for your application.
