I have the same WHINE but it is from start to finish when I accelerate! They seem to think it's in the tranny, I seem to think they don't have a frickin clue!
So now they have removed the whole tranny which will prolly cause additional problems.

Went in to replace the ring and pinion gear,Will let u know how it goes,also the design or lack of in the bed is not a good sign,when i drive down a wet surface the bed collects water,My other ford did'nt!!!
