Fitting new Speakers.

Hi

Just wandering what size speakers will fit behind the door panel also how to get the door panel removed without damaging anything?

I'm sure this has been asked before, but right now i don't have time to search through the archives.

Thanks

Neil

The door panels are 6X8's. To take off the panels you will need a phillips screwdriver and a torx driver if you have manual windows. Not sure which size though. To take off this handle you have to pop off the cover with a screwdriver and take the torx screw out. After that, there are three or four phillips screws hidden around the panel, one burried under the carpet in the bottom rear of the panel. Once you know you have all the screws out, the panel lifts straight up and over the little door lock **** thing. Sorry I can't be more specific, the whole procedure is in the Haynes manual. I've done this a few times so if you have questions while in process post them here.
