Question Door Sticker Code

I have an '03 ranger and I was wondering if the above link is going to be relative?

I ask this because I am not having luck deciphering the information.

What information are you looking for exactly?
I see that not all the sticker info is included in the decoder.

R7 is 4.10 ratio with Limited Slip option I think. That's what mine is.
