The front end of the '53 F-250 should be the same as the front end of the '54. Most of the front end parts are the same. I know the tie rod and tie rod ends are the same as the F-150, I have a '55 F-250 and the F-100 tie rod ends and tie rod fit. The only thing that I would think might not be the same would be the pitman arm. Ask the supplier if the parts are the same and go for it. You could even ask any other supplier if the pitman arm on the F-100 is the same as the one on the F-250. If they are the same, it would be a pretty good bet that the ones for the power steering are the same. Good luck from a fellow F-250 driver.
