What year is it? How many miles is on it? Has it always done this or is it a recent thing? When you changed injectors did you use new O-rings and if so did you install them correctly? Do you have oil in the fuel (drain the fuel filter canister from the water drain into a glass jar and see if it is too dark to be fuel).?
If you jusy recently changed the injectors, than my quess would be the injector o-rings are to blame. This is a problem spot for a lot of older Powerstrokes.
