power window controls
I bought a used '97 Ranger XLT with power windows,locks,and mirrors.Are the controls on the door supposed to be illuminated?At night I can't tell what button I'm pushing.Thanks!

I thought I remember Ken00 saying one of his Rangers came with lighted window/lock buttons. Maybe he was talking about his '00?
Im pretty sure that there are a few years/models of Rangers with the lighted buttons, I just can't remember which ones.

ive never found any ford product with the power window butons illuminated heck i even brought that to the attention of the service dept when i bought my 99 windstar same for my ranger its a shame it woulda been a dern good idea to light em up

same problem
i just recently bought the same used 97 ranger with power window and i have the same problem. mine dont illuminate either but its definitly somehting i wish was changed. im on the same page as you. haha.
