Confused about flashes
It may just be my feeble mind. I have read several threads concerning flashes for my 6.0, but I do not know what to do.
My truck behaves well with a few intermittent indiosyncrasies: rough idle and such. Overall, I have been pleased to date.
Question 1: Should I get it reflashed?
Question 2: What is the latest version of the flash? This way I can ensure the dealer is doing me right.

The theory around here is to not get your flashed unless it runs so bad you can't live with it. Most here have complained loudly about the last flash.
Do a search on flash and you will get plenty of information.

On your ruff idle after start up, turn the key off wait a minute and restart
Nine out of ten times it cures it.
Not the best way to fix a problem….however it sure keeps the frustration down.

I have a 2003 F350 DRW. Auto tranny. FX4. Crew cab. Build date was June 18, 2003.
