Locking Hubs?

I have the original automatic hubs and my question is that I want to go with Warn Premium Hubs! Do I need to buy something or an adapter kit or do they just go on like the automatic hubs? Is warn the best or is there something else just as good or better? How long would this job take and estimate?

Please do a search for auto hubs in this forum. It is one of the top five questions asked about broncos. How many bolts on the face of the current hubs? Most brands are good. Many runs warn (myself included), but superwinch is also popular.

Yes, if you have automatic hubs you also have to buy a conversion kit. They should sell them where you buy the hubs.

if you have the 3 screws on the face of your auto hubs, you need the conversion kit.
if you have 5 screws on the face of your auto hub, you do not.

just what 95 bronco xlt said . if you have more than three screws on your hubs you do NOT need the conversion kit. it should take you all of about 45 minutes to change them out.
