which flowmaster exhaust

I have a 1996 F-150 300 6 and was wondering which sounds better and has the most power, the Flowmaster Force II single exhaust or the American thunder dual exhaust system? Anybody have any experience with either of these?

Go with flowmaster 40 true duals with the two peice headers. it sounds good
