after reading you post i measured the gauges on my sears air compresser and they seam to be the same size as the ones in my plliar pod(right about 2") they are 0-200 psi. if it would fit(you might want to take a closer mesurment) you could order one from sears parts. 6hp 30 gal vertical 150psimax

I have a compresser on my truck under hood, and the tank is strapped to the frame, their is a switch in dash that runs a relay underhood to compressor, and i use the air to use air tools, like air wrenches, and also use the air for air horn, from a big rig. horn is under truck next to driveshaft. need a guage to see how much air in tank. whyle i am driving, also their is a check valve in between the compresser and the tank, so i don't have to leave compressesr on all the time.

Have you checked the Autometer gauges? I know they make a PSI gauge but can't remember what psi it went up to - kinda thought it was 100 but not sure.
