Shartman, is there a difference between the bars for a 2x4 and a 4x4, the frames are identical, it shouldn't really be a prob.
The Westin bars for a 4x4 have their front connection where the torsion bar connects on a 2x4. there is no way to mount it. I found this out the hard way. The salesman assured me they would fit because "the frames are identical". I've yet to find one for a 97 2x4.
Mj is that your truck? Why does it look like the rear wheel doesn't line up with the well? What kind of lift does it have?
Yes it is mine, I noticed in the picture the wheel looks forward in the well but I think it is just the angle of the picture. Looks fine in person. No brand name lift, just a D60 conversion with new springs up front and POS 6" blocks in the rear. Getting a reverse shackle for the rear and an add-a-leaf to get rid of blocks, too much axle wrap.
Mike
