Fla. Chapter Social Schedule?

All,
I've been posting here for a few years. I somehow have not gotten around to visiting with my neighbors. What is the Florida chapter doing? Does the chapter meet anywhere? Is the chapter active?
Please fill me in.

It's not real active most come and go. As for where folks are, Seems there are a bunch up your way and a bunch down south but only a handful around these parts.

Well, why don't we put something together for the folks that want to meet and compare notes.

Count me in, if we find a volunteer to be "in charge."

Looks like we're kinda spread out. We'd have to find a location that would be sorta centrally located, if we can get enough folks to say they'd come.

I've never done anything like this before. What type of event can we put together? Any ideas?

well considering we have 2x4's and 4x4's why not pick a central florida park for maybe a sunday picnic for starters?..we all bring either a covered dish or just food for our families and we start from there?

OK. Sounds Great!! I'll do some searching for some locations, then present them here. We'll decide on which location, put together an agenda, then we'll see if we can get a good enough response to make it happen. This will take a bit of time to get together. Eric

Between Melbourne and Vero on the East Coast. Probably an hour or so from you depending where you are at.

Here's a map:

You'll have to zoom out on the map to get the big picture.

All,
Why Sebastian? Has anyone got a specific park in mind? How many people could potentially attend? Will we require a large facility? How soon could this happen? Next week? Next month? In the fall?
Let's set some parameters and start shooting at them.

Right now, we're just trying to gauge interest. It doesn't have to be Sebastian at all. It can be anywhere all of us decide. Democratically, or rather, demographically.

It can take place anytime and anywhere. I have never put together anything like this, so if someone has ideas, let's hear them, and get the ball rolling.
