Cool Injector reapalsement

Hello i was worried asfter reading Blue Ovale News, about injectors on my F250 6.0 2003.
Car is built in the end 2002 !!!!.
Talkt whit the dealer her in Norway, and gave them the paper from Blue Ovale News.
But they dont wont to do enything, beacuse the engine runs perfect they seay.
The truck have only 11000 km on it, and am worryed about what will happend after som more driving.
Warenty is out 26/5-04, then the truck will bee 1 year old.
What do i do now ???????????, dont like to pay fore this my self.
The truck juses 1.8-1.9 liter pr 10 km !!! and when it whas new, it was 1.25-1.35 liter pr 10 km.

There have been many issues with the earlier 6.0 diesel engines like yours and even though you haven't had trouble my advice is to trade it for a 2005 model as soon as they are available. Many things have been updated in the engine since yours was built and if you can afford to trade - do it!

Norwegian Viking………first WELCOME to the best family Ford site on the planet.
It is sad but usually no one will replace the injectors if they are not bad.
You will probably need to convert all your numbers to English units, it will help many of our readers, since most are using the English system. Do a search on oil, it can and will help (hopefully) some of the POTENTIAL problems with the c94’s.

Hang out with us and read…….enjoy……meet new friends.

Come on Tim, every man should know the conversion....it's written on the top of every urnal..."3.8L/1.0G per flush"...just look down when your standing there...stop looking left and right!

twoballleft -->

NorKing --> Welcome

Yes, some say the c94 injectors are ticking time bombs....
I hope "they" are wrong - but mine haves been ticking for right at a year and 24K+ HARD miles with Predator, turbo back, nights at the drag strip (which is not a LOT different from the way I drive every day - just ask my wife )

the engine runs like a TOP !!! 60 foot time in 2.3 seconds with my horrbile reaction time is good for ANY car with street tires ! and have heard of others in the < 1.9 sec range.... which is FAST !

we could worry about what will happen every day, but just do your best to maintain it and KEEP ALL THE RECORDS...
make sure you have a work order were you documented your concerns to your dealer and therefore Ford and enjoy your truck...

Have you done anything to your truck performance wise ???
consider the Diablo Predator programmer - WOW what a difference

keep us up to date on the happenings in your beautiful country !

It feels like it slipping too mutch, and the enginen is burning iven more diesel !!!.
I will take it of my truck and reaplace it whit Diablo og Super chip !.

Your English is fine - we understand exactly what you are saying! People using the Predator report better mileage and great performance. How do you use your truck?
