How hard is it do take out this tranny? is all i have to do is take the shifter stick off and disconnect the hydraulic line the the slave cylinder and un bolt it from the bell housing? I constantly grind 1st and 2nd. im wondering if i need new syncros?? Would a ZF tranny from a f250/f350 bolt on easily to my 95 f150 302. My truck is a pain to shift, it always feels like i have to ride the clutch lots just so it doesnt jerk or stall when starting off. I have 35" tires and stock 3.55s gears, would that play a big part with tranny problems? I can barely stay at highway speeds and dont use 5th gear as it just doesnt have the power.

Well, you have a 4x4 so you also have to play with your transfer case and it's linkage and the cross members for both the tranny and t-case but that's about it.
