snorkel ideas?

i figured out how im goign to run it. i removed the heater and all the duct working and the switch. now i think ill run the pvc piping through the fan motor hole and silicon the crap outta it.i removed my plastic that goes around the gauges. im goign to make up a tin peice that goeas over it and the holes were the radio and heater control were. put im goign to mount a cone air cleaner in were the heater controls were. and make that peice of tin removeable.

for the carb part try a search on the internet for a company called Ram air box, I believe the actual address is www.ramairbox.com, the have some really cool air box type air cleaners set up for a 14in air filter, and a snorkle type of inlet or one that makes a rectangle opening straight at the firewall, I though about them because you can mount flexable hose 4in diameter straight to the inlet snorkle, and they are water proof I believe the cost about $100, and they look good
