Replace Front Brake Rotors

I want to replace the front brake rotors on a 95 Explorer XLT 4.0l 4WD.
It looks like I need to remove the brake calipers to get to the rotors. It also looks like I just need to remove the 2 bolts that holds the brake caliper anchor plate. Once the brake caliper anchor plate is out of the way, the rotors should just come off (please correct me if I'm wrong).

My problem is that I could not unscrew the 2 bolts, even after 24 hours of applying penetrating oil. I’m afraid I might round out the head of the screw.

Is there a method to unscrewing them?
Is there like a pin or metal piece that needs to be set aside using a magnet (just like in older explorer) that would allow the screws to turn?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Jojo

no trick just need lots of force exspecailly if it has been on for a while, consider useing a braker bar, of a longer ratchet or wrench, to get more leverage on the bolts, just make sure it does not slip off them so that you will strip the bolts, as for the rotors they are going to be rusted on as well and will need a little pursuisen with a hammer, best way is to hit the back above each of the studs until it brakes loose
