Fmx

Hey i was wondein what the fmx's are all about. can i bolt it up to my 66 352 half ton? can i pull heavy loads with it? is it a 3 or 4 speed?

don't know about 352 bolt pattern or what FMX pattern you've got, but the tranny is an older design 3 spd auto, don't know about load capacity for towing, but they are pretty reliable and lose less horsepower through them than a C4 or C6. Haven't seen many in person, but the ones I have encountered were all behind small block pattern engines.

The bellhousing is removeable and I think you can get one that would work.

if i were to haual hevay loads a lot whih tranny would be the best? the 6 or the FM? sorry about all the missin seees and stuff my keyborads is messed up.
