I have a 1700,, only paid 100 bucks on EBAY, you cant imagine the difference it will make to your PSD, Unbelievable to say the least. It dosent have some of the options that the newer ones do, but serves the purpose very well with 60\80Hp settings I think.

just for info purposes, you can get the 1705 for around 275-300, I would spend the extra 100 to get the OB diagnostics and higher setting, plus you will have the manufacturers lifetime warranty.... Good luck

I've seen people put that on ebay also but I've used a 1705 tuner on my 94.5 and it worked great.

Yea I would say for a little more money you could get the updated 1705 and personally that's what I'd do - just my $.02.

Thanks for the replies guys. I decided to spend the extra money and go for the 1705. I paid 285 for it on Ebay, brand new. Which I thought was a pretty good deal. It'll be here Saturday, I cant wait!
