As Bob said, it's possible, but you are looking at some faily extensive mods.

Depends what you want.
The 3.8L is possible, but has basically been described by the handful of swappers as "torture"....
The 5.0L is obviously doable.
The 4.6L....well, not trying to start a debate, but it has a lot of "logistical" issues and even if it sat comfortably, fully accessorized between the rails, that's only part of the pain there....no one has finished that swap yet, and it's not for lack of trying, either.
