Carolina Classic Trucks

From reading several messages, Carolina Classic trucks seemed to be a good place to buy accessories. I purchased a couple of items from them, including a set of AVS in-channel rain/wind deflectors for my 2004 F150 Supercab. The deflectors were terrible, the stopped the windows from going all the way up and never adhered properly. They also pushed the sideview mirror trim way out. A piece from the front window actually chipped off. I wrote to them, just to mention my experience with the product and told them I was happy with Carolina Classic Trucks. I didn't want anything except to tell them my experience. This wasn't enough for them. They want their customers happy.

They have gone way beyond the call of duty to make me a happy customer. They suggested another set and are shipping them to me, and are setting up a Fedex shipment for me to return the bad set. You know where I'll be buying accessories in the future.
