How much DOUGH
ok they found out that the wire that goes to the injectors is whats wrong with my 99 f250 my question is how much is this to fix? I hear the wire forms the gasket under the valve cover. If anyone could tell me where the cheapest place is to buy this part is I would appreciate it also how hard is this to replace?

The wiring harness to the injectors and glow plugs is about $45. Each harness feeds two cylinders, so your truck has four, total. Getting the valve cover off is the time consuming part. Total time for your project, in my driveway, would be about two hours. For a professional, it should go faster, but I'm more careful than the average professional.
In general, the cheapest place to get parts is from International. Their price will be considerably cheaper than at Ford, but I don't know if International carries the internal wiring harness for SuperDuties.
