One more vote for the Tymar, simple and seems to do a great job. Has to get more in, it's huge. The turbo whistle is incredilbly cool, only complaint is the bugs hitting you in the face hanging your head out the window listening to it...
Just take a look at my gallery. There are some photos of my intake. All you need is some 4" exhaust tubing ( or 3.5" EMT Conduit ), Some large hose clamps, and a Filter. ( mine is the NAPA #6377 I think. ) You will also have to modify or remove your stock airbox/battery box. Very simple, very inexpensive, very nice.........
No, Tymar Performance is a company that sells a popular intake. When people say they are building their own Tymar setup they usually mean they are imitating the popular intake, although they usually are missing a few of the components of the real thing.

What do have to do to modify the stock airbox? Does the box come in pieces or do I have to cut it? Even if I do take it out, will may battery stay put?
