87 octane diablo
I have a 2000 for explorer sohc 4.0 auto. How much different is the 87 octane program compared to the 93 octane? Aparently you can get a chip that is pre programed for stock, will my open air filter and flowmaster cat back afect it. Will I need a custom program for that stuff? Thanks Tom

The 87 burn will yield you basically nothing but a firmer shift. To gain power, you NEED to run premium fuel. There is no getting around it. I know the Flowmaster wont affect it, and I believe neither will the air filter.
