Diablo 87octane?
I have a few questions about the Diablo chip. I have a 4.0 sohc ford explorer 2000. My first question is how much performance will I get with a chip made for 87octane, will I get alot more with the 91octane. The diable wed has 19hp with 91octane. It is only $4.00 more a tank to go with 91 but at 300mi per tank wow. Second I can order one that is setup for my truck but is not custom. Will the mods of an openend air filter and flowmast cat back afect the chip performance? I am happy with what I have but we all want more. I dont tow or race, it's an explorer. Thanks for opinions.

There is a Forum on the main page called Computer Chips & Tuners.
