Very hard start
Went out of town for a business trip over the last week and left the truck parked at the airport. Came back and weather was about 35 degrees, and she did not want to start. I had to cycle the plugs and try to start it 7 or 8 times before she fired up, and once she fires up she runs extremely rough for about 10 minutes. I have had this problem a few different times. In weather from 22 degrees on up to around 45-50. Could this be bad fuel or could this possibly be my glow plug relay going bad? The truck has 34,660 on it, and I wanna get this fixed if it is a problem. If this is normal, is it bad to cycle the plugs that many times? I've read in a couple places that it might damage the tips.

That seems to be too few miles for glow plugs to go but it's possible. I'd think a problem with the relay would be more like it.
I remember when my 95 model did the same thing. I had a couple bad glow plugs but I had around 80K on it.
I just sent this link on checking glow plugs and the relay that Joe wrote to another guy with cold cranking problems. Check it out.
