Colonel,
I didn't want to have to mess with crawling under to make adjustments either. Its an easy upgrade. Just run down to the local parts store (I used Napa) and order up a brake adjuster kit for a 66 or later 9", you will also need a spring kit as you will need a a spring that doesn't come in the adjuster kit. When you but the kits make sure you buy a left and a right, they are different.
Sorry, I don't have any pics of them installed but a breakout diagram shoudl be easy to locate, either on the webiste posted at the top of this thread or maybe in one of the parts catalogs like MAC's or Mid Fifty

All in all the upgrade takes about as much effort as installing new shoes. Its a quick, easy, and fairly cheap upgrade.

Good luck
Bobby

Thank'ee kindly.
I take it there is 1 for the Front breaks as well, I seem to remember there being 1l, but time plays tricks on 1's memory.

Colonel,

Oops, yea, it should be the same kits. I think the only difference is between left and right. I have changed my fronts over to discs so they didn't even cross my mind.
