Uhhhh...you can't find one, cuz they didn't make a '73 400? Assuming the engine came out of another vehicle, you should look for an egr gasket for that year vehicle. Failing that, you could try a, say, '77 400 truck EGR gasket.
400's started out in cars in 71, trucks did not use them until ~77. You have to help out the parts store clerks sometimes. Those computers are really dumb.
