Do any of you guys have a phone number for diablo sports? My predator will not let me flash my vehicle anymore - says the truck does not match the previous one flashed even though the last flash I returned to stock and I only have 1 truck (why would ask for a matching truck anyway, I thought once it returned to stock you could move it to another vehicle?). They haven't replied via their web help form in 2 days which is pretty poor service, so a phone number to their tech support would be appreciated. I'm running the October flash on my truck and I bought the unit from MH the 2nd day it was available - no problems until 2 days ago. Firmware is r.33.
Call the dealer where u got it from... sometimes they have an "inside" line....
I got a call from a tech @ Diablo on a Sunday morning...
they talked me thru a "force" install... and haven;t had a problem swithcing modes since...
I guess ill try that monday when MH opens. It now reads missing or corrupt program when I turn the stupid unit on. It's probably time to trade this thing in for the banks. I hope this thing really did put back the complete stock flash or I am screwed. Probably trade this thing in for the banks seeing now how unreliable it is and how there is virtually no support through the manufacturer. What if the thing broke mid-flash? I wouldn't be able to drive the truck for 4 days now with no one to call. Something to think about before buying any product.
It's not unreliable... You may be the first that's called it that...
I had an issue, but it as easily over ridden with the passcode...
and I am pretty sure it was something I did when I first got it... :-(
it's just out of sync with what your truck has...
and, sorry, that could have easily been something you did....
Have you never messed up your pc by doing something not quite right?
they can talk you thru the options menu IIRC, and put in a passcode to override the out of sync comdition...

It is Easter and........give them a chance on Monday!
Yeah, I know it's Easter weekend. It's just frustrating since I really only used the unit 3 times in the last 3 months going from stock to 65 - total of flashing 3-4 times and all of a sudden it doesn't work. It sits in the box 99% of the time. I'll call MH Monday to see if they can send it back to be fixed. I'm not a big baby, really, it just sucks driving around stock. I hope you all can understand that.

I had the same missing file message. I downloaded the update program from diablosoprt.com to my laptop, pluged the laptop into the predator and installed the update. no problem.
I am a visual kind of person with one very imaginative mind………………that is a scary image.

Diablo was short handed last week and their phone system was down all of Monday. Couldn't even get in touch with them via IM (though I do have a couple of personal cell numbers). Here's Diablo's number to call to get a reset code: 561-338-8843
