Early vs. Late 1977 Model differences

(I've done the search)....

Is there a reference that lists the differences between the early and late 1977 trucks?

My truck was built Feb. 1977 (which I believe to the the late or "77.5")

Thanks all. Eric

The early ones, the seat belt retractor is on top, the later ones, the retractor is on the bottom I believe. I have 2 77's and one has it on the top, one has it on the bottom.

Also i believe the gas filler door is different. A few other minor things like the nameplates on the side of the cowl were different.

Your truck is more than likely a high-boy. Feb is early 77

The truck in ethomps sig. is a F150 therefore it could not be a highboy.

LxMan1- Do your seatbelts slide up and down the strap, or are they fixed to it ? mine are fixed, and they pull out both ends.
