My truck running around empty but running long enough to get fully warmed up runs right around 130* or a little above. I have a sonnax valve and tri-springs so I don't know if that makes a difference either way.

In response to a previous question, I just got back from a 200 mile drive in 75-80 degree heat, and my tranny temp gauge sat on 150 the whole time, running empty at 70mph. When it's colder out, it typically runs at 125-135.
