Repro is often inferior metal (thinner and/or lower quality import steel.) If possible i would try to get OEM sheetmetal. As far as all the pieces fitting, i dont know, but i have heard of fit and finish problems. I am no expert, but i have had firsthand experience. The repro metal also seems to rust faster to.
stay away from the repo if you plan on keeping it,they are junk!had insurance co. tell us to us them because they were paying,we would put them on call customer to look at the fit on there truck, like magic we get a call from ins. co. to put oem on.they realy are better.
Glock17 hit it right on the nose. My dad hit a deer with his 93 f150 and the ins. company told the repair center to use aftermarket grill and bumper and etc. parts. The repair company couldn't get any of the bolt holes on the grill to line up and the bumper looked like it was frowning when you looked at front of truck. A quick call to ins. company and voila, they said to replace with OEM. All better now.
