Does anyone have a power steering box to fit this

Check with Sacramento Vintage Ford. I think they have a ram style power assist kit that works with your stock steering box...

There are also conversions around for installing an 80's vintage 4X4 Toyota power steering box. The original equipment for the truck was the power assist ram setup described above.

In reply to the power steering unit, i went to sac vintage ford and had a long conversation about the ram assist unit. Not that is so complicated but its other parts that you need to make it work. You will need to fabricate a bracket for the power pump, also an additional pully and so on. After the talk i walked away thinking is it worth $895.00 plus other parts. So im still thinking about it.
