wicked wheel?

alright everyone's talkin about these here wicked wheels, and i just dont have a clue what they are. anyone help me?

It is an after market impeller for the cool air intake side of the Turbo. Look up wicked wheel on the internet you'll see.

Depends on what your truck is doing? Is it stuttering? The turbo? Do you have any mods done to the truck? If not you shouldn't need it. Read the threads a little farther down and draw a conclusion from them.
