For towing, the 6 speed is king. Gear splits are great and you never have to worry about an auto trans full throttle down shift when you least expect it. I find it also works better for cruising on cruise control without the trans "hunting" for a gear. If the 5 speed auto had been available, I might have considered it but never the 4 speed auto.
Seats? For me only captains chairs will do. Plus I only like a console I can truly lock and and keep my stuff secure. I've never seen a factory console that was very strong and secure. I use the Tuffy security console and it works.
