I know the sticker on the inside of your door is your computer code, and if they reflash your PCM, they just put a new sticker up there. What do those mean? I have a code of AEB3, but I have no idea what it means. Is there a list of what the codes are and what they do?
Thanks,
basstardo

It identifies the software revision of the program. The letters and numbers don't translate to anything specific (AFIAK), its just scheme Ford uses. No, there isn't a list of which program does what.
Thanks Ken! Is there any way of telling if you have the latest code your vehicle should have, or does it matter? I have AEB3, but AEB4 is available and it supposedly fixes a couple of issues.
