SQUACKING FRONT END NOISE
2001 F250 S.D Diesel makes a squacking noise (like dry rubber on steel) when rocking the front end of the truck (ie dips, railroad tracks and hard braking. Had the front wafers between the leafs lubed and it still does it but get this it only does it when it is cold out!? can anyone help thanks in advanced.

its the springs rubbing together and ford has a fix or do it yourself. They are nylon spacers that fit on the front of the springs where they end. No big deal. Most all 250s do it and many 350s
