I will take a swag at it. We were at the strip a couple of weeks ago and between 3 of us, we estimated 3800 avg. Of course, depends on the truck but I believe you are speaking of a F100 1/2 ton 2wd.
I am sure some of the robed ones will pipe up with something out of the manual that I don't have.

No plate has date of manufacture on it for 61. you must use the last six digits in the VIN to decifer what month it was produced in production. Open the glove box and the build plate will be there unless it was replaced. 61,62, have it on the glove box door 63 thru 66 have it on the drivers door.
