That is a "very good" price on that bumper. I got mine locally and knew I was paying too much but wanted it "now". Burr is right, it's easy to install.
I think the mounts (where the top lights are) on top of the guard are actually for one of those guards that go over the top of the hood. TJM is an Australian company and they make some pretty heavy duty equipment.
I have had some people give way at intersections and move out of the fast lane for me since I put mine on.
omnimax- Mine went for $125.00. They were all right around that price if I remember correctly.
ForDen- Yup TJM15. I got a link further up were I got it from. Looks like they just knocked another $50 off the price, showing $700 now. Dumb luck of mine.
CAT_man_963- Shipping weight showed 210lbs. I was able to get it up to the tow hooks and rest it there on my own though. Don't think it weighs quite that much.
Funny thing, 210lbs shipping weight, 1/4 steel, and strapped to a pallet.... and they put a fragile sticker on it
Monsta- Thanks for the honesty. I was wrestling with that for a while. Kinda why I went with the 26 series up there. Slim not so obnoxious.
There other lights are going to go below the daylighters outside the center bar, maybe, gotta line them up. Time to get out the drill. Then a set of PIAA minis on the old appron mount in the little cubby hole formed between the spring mount and new bumper. Kinda hard to see on the pic. I'll have to take more when I'm done.
I was hoping to mount the upper lights undernieth, too deep light hit the bar before the bolt hits the hole.
Thanks everyone. I knew this place would understand the maddness.
Thats a great looking rig with that bumper I have been looking at the
Warn model, but at 350 lbs and $1500, given up on the idea. Now you got me thinkin again...
