Bumper Help!

my uncle had the same truck and lift and his tires rubbed. he cut the corner off the bottom end of the bumper and it works fine. he cut it off probably two years ago and you cant even notice it. it did rust a small amount but only on the edge and no where else. if you wanted to im sure a little silver spray paint would work and look fine
