holley 4180 vs 4160

holley 4180 vs 4160
what are the differences between a holley 4180 and a universal 4160 600cfm w/ electric choke.
I need to replace the 4180 on my 460 and the price between the two is almost $200
I don't need a kickdown, the truck is a manual.

The 4180 is an emissions carb. It has a few little design differences like the vacuum passages are in a little different spots, jets screw in at an angle, and it prevents internal flooding somehow. All the others i dont remember, but i read this from a hot rod article some guy put on the internet here
