Moonroof

Is there a better way to close this thing? I hold the button down until it closes snug, if I hold it too long it pops up and then goes through the cycle of opening and closing. I wish it had a one touch type of setup to close it.

I agree. I don't know why they have not put a bit more of a delay when closing. It is a bit of a pain is the a$$. But then again having the moonroof is worth the little pain.

Works for me

Interesting, mine does not have that problem. I just hold to close and thats it. It would be nice if it was automatic close. Mine won't tilt up unless I let go of the button and then hit again. So it works for me.

Once it closes, it should stay closed without cycling again. Mine does. You have to hit the button again to get it to open again.

The problem I have with the moonroof, is that the cover doesn't retract all the way.

I agree. I wish the cover opened all the way while the glass is closed. If you open the moonroof all the way the shield will retract, but the top will start a racket when you drive with it fully opened.

Mine will shut and remain closed until I release the button and press it again. I do wish there was a way to close the moonroof and power slider with one touch.

If I read these posts correctly, it sounds like there may be a problem with the switches? Mine sure dont work that way.

I can keep the button pushed for as long as I want and it will not move past the closed position until I release and push again. It sounds like you may have an issue.

Mine is a one touch auto open, but you have to hold the button down to close all the way, apparently so you can stop it in any position you want.
