Splash Guards
Is there any difference between the body on a 4x2 and a 4x4? I got a set of molded front and rear splash gaurds from Ford for my 99 SD CC 4x2. They fit very nicely and look good. The part #'s are F81Z16A550AA and F81Z16A550BA. I don't know why these wouldn't fit.

Walked in to the customer parts counter at the dealership here in Atlanta, where my F-250SD CC gets its service work done. Hanging on the wall were for molded splash guards, front and rear for the F-250SDs. Go talk to your local parts desk at Ford, it is in the accessories catalog that contains all Ford vehicle accessories.
Use the part numbers Neil has in his post. Since the 4x2 and the 4x4 are the same body, they'll work.

Splash Guards
I got mine right from the Ford dealership parts department. They were ford parts and fit real well. Also in putting them on I noticed that every nut and bolt I touched seemed to be metric. I have been away from working on my own vehicles for a while...so maybe the world passed me by and all rigs are metric now.

The part # supplied was right on the money, which of course was only 22.00 for front and the same for the back, they really fit nice and installation was a snap .

I was unable to fit the molded splash guards from my 99 on my 04. The 99 did not have the factory fender flares and the 04 does. Huskee makes a set I just put them on my 04, they look good.
