Yes, they are called engine pans. Does your truck still have the 4 cyl in it? If not, Ford did'nt make it that way (probably, there were something like 50 total stock with the V8). Your best bet for answers is:Early Ford V-8 Club

They're very hard to come by since they were thrown away by most people working on their cars or trucks. I could take a pic or two of the ones on my dad's 32 Wagon if you want. Might take a couple of weeks before I get over there...
