I recently sold my wife's 98 Expedition to a friend. Now the rear AC works great, but the front blows only warm air. My theory is a vacuum issue, any ideas?
The blend door is in the plenum. To access it would require removal of the instrument panel assembly (dash). To access the controller you would need to remove the console assy and lower trim panel at the center of the dash, and the lower floor duct assembly.
