np 435 making noise

np 435 making noise
im not sure if this is bad or not, but when my transmission is in neutral, and the clutch is engaged(pedal out), there is a noise coming from the transmission. it sounds like its coming from the front area, any ideas ould be greatly appreciated and anyone have any idea how hard this would be to fix?

well, i just need to know what to replace when i throw the 460 in there. i plan on doing a few things while i have the motor out, and i guess thats going to be one of them. more money, wow the dollar signs are adding up quick. thanks.
