Deisel question

Does anyone else have a problem with their Deisel not running smooth? When the weather gets nice, mine will be very choppy. I've changed the fuel filter and tried different fuels. I barely touch the pedal and it will lurch forward and then idle normal. It is very hard to control. Is there a part anyone could suggest. I have a 99 F-250

While I can't recommend any fixes for you, since I personally wouldn't know of any, I can suggest that you should probably post this question in either the Super Duty Forum or either the 6.0 or 7.3 Liter Power Stroke Diesel Forums, depending on what type you have. You will get much better answers there, since they're all about diesels!

Yep, the 7.3 Powerstroke forum is the place to be but it may be in the electrical pedal sending unit .

Well, i think the IAC might be the culprit. Although try running some powerservice throug it and see if it helps.
