If cost is no factor, get new ones. If the bolts will clean up and don't look bad, use them. It really depends on how much you want to spend, and if you are planning to keep the vehicle for a long time. Head bolts are pretty tough and don't fail too often. But they can fail, so it's decision time. Good luck.

New head bolts are recommended. They are torque-to-yield and retorquing old head bolts can make them crack or stretch beyond what they are design to handle reliably.
Not worth the gamble. Would you be willing to risk all of your hard work and the cost of parts just for not spending a few extra $$$??
