That means they are lacking oil becasue the engine stopped while those lifters were holding the valves open. They slowly bleed down after you shut off the engine. Its nothing to be concerned about. If you want to check it you can remove the snap ring and pull out the plunger and dump a tiny bit of oil in there and then TRY to reassemble it. It is likely that you will not get the plunger back into position to get the snap ring clipped in place and you will need to remove all the oil.

I am pretty darn close. I have to use a cane to get around. Other people have to set my torque wrench, read measurements and check color codes and so forth.
I do some spray painting and restoration work. I can't really do the final finish work on things that require alot of vision,.
